A shared account may hold no more than 10 GB of video and images in total, databases above 10 GB count as excessive, and self-made downloads are capped at 1 GB. Video encoding and transcoding are not allowed on shared or reseller servers. A growing photo gallery has to move to a VPS.
Verpex VPS plans and the clouds behind them
The entry VPS-D4 costs $10 a month on a 12-month intro rate, then $19.99, for 2 vCPUs, 4 GB of RAM and 80 GB of NVMe with root access and no traffic cap. Plans scale to 16 vCPUs, 32 GB and 640 GB, with cPanel and WHM as an option.
Verpex runs no data centers of its own. It rents capacity from Linode, DigitalOcean and LeaseWeb, and also uses AWS and Google Cloud.
