How InterServer's VPS slices are priced
One InterServer VPS slice costs $3 a month for 1 core, 2 GB of RAM, 40 GB of SSD and 2 TB of transfer on a shared 10 Gbps port. You stack 1 to 32 slices, billed monthly, with root access, Linux or Windows, and optional Webuzo, DirectAdmin, cPanel or Plesk. Managed support kicks in at 8 slices, or $24 a month, and DDoS protection is free.
InterServer dedicated servers
Build-to-order dedicated servers start at $149 a month for a 12-core AMD Ryzen 9900X with 64 GB of RAM and go up to $720. All list 1 Gbps unmetered bandwidth, IPMI console access and DDoS protection, with 10 to 100 Gbps links, bring-your-own IP and BGP on request.
InterServer refunds and uptime guarantee
Only shared web hosting can be refunded, within 30 days of signup: VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, licenses and IP transit are not refunded once the service has started.
The network is guaranteed 99.9% available each month, excluding maintenance, with credits decided case by case and capped at half the monthly fee. Hardware failures are not covered, and InterServer recommends an extra drive or server for backups.
