How much an OVHcloud VPS costs in the US
OVHcloud's VPS-1 costs $4.54 a month on the US site for 2 vCores, 4 GB of RAM, 40 GB of NVMe storage and 500 Mbps of unmetered bandwidth.
| Plan | US price | Resources | Bandwidth |
|---|---|---|---|
| VPS-1 | $4.54 | 2 vCores, 4 GB, 40 GB | 500 Mbps |
| VPS-2 | $8.50 | 4 vCores, 8 GB, 75 GB | 1 Gbps |

Each plan keeps a daily backup of the previous 24 hours. Traffic is capped only in Mumbai, Singapore and Sydney, at 1 TB a month on VPS-1, after which speed drops to 10 Mbps. A VPS ordered outside the US regions cannot be upgraded after delivery. In Europe the same VPS-1 costs €3.81 before VAT.
OVHcloud support tiers and response times in the US
Standard support comes with every service. Tickets go through the control panel or the API, live chat runs Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern, and the target for a first response on a critical incident is 3 hours. The Business tier cuts that target to 30 minutes and adds a dedicated phone line, for 10% of the monthly bill with a $250 minimum. Enterprise starts at $5,000 a month. On the entry VPS, Business support costs about 55 times the server.
Is OVH an American company?
No. OVHcloud is run by OVH SAS, based in Roubaix in northern France. US customers buy from OVH US LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the group, on the us.ovhcloud.com site, in dollars and under its own terms.
