NovoServe US server pricing
NovoServe's US webshop starts at $139 a month before tax for an unmetered HPE server with two Xeon E5-2650 v2 CPUs, 128 GB of RAM and two 480 GB SSDs. Other US options include a 12-core Xeon 4214 unmetered from $146, a 64-core EPYC 7742 with 25 TB from $269, and a 10 Gbps unmetered Xeon 4214 at $599. Each listing shows units in stock and setup is free.
The European shop prices in euros before VAT, from €111 a month for a single Xeon E5-2650 v2 with 25 TB of traffic. Most servers are month to month, and longer contracts renew for the same term.
NovoServe and DMCA notices
NovoServe states that it offers no DMCA-ignored or bulletproof hosting and complies with all valid legal requests and abuse reports. For standard cases such as copyright or spam complaints, customers have 48 hours from the notice to fix the issue, with faster deadlines for critical cases. A tube hosting third-party clips needs a takedown process that can meet that window.
Identity and business verification
New customers are asked to complete identity or business verification. Declining limits the account to €1,000 of monthly recurring orders, and the payment provider Nuvei may require its own KYC for crypto payments.
NovoServe data centers and network
NovoServe uses Tier III facilities: Iron Mountain in Edison, New Jersey, two sites in Amsterdam, NorthC in Delft and one in Copenhagen. Its network claims more than 19 Tbps of capacity and over 800 peering partners, and the SLA sets a 99.999% network availability target with service credits.
