Infomaniak review: Swiss hosting, VPS from €2.70 a month

Only the French version of the contract counts

Infomaniak's terms state that only the French versions of the contract and specific conditions are binding. English and other translations on the site are for information only, and the French reading prevails in any dispute. An English-speaking customer agrees to a text whose version they read carries no weight.

Infomaniak Network SA is based in Geneva and owned by the Infomaniak Foundation, which protects the company's independence without making operational decisions. All data stays in Swiss data centers owned by Infomaniak. There are no US locations.
