How a sale works, from valuation to transfer
You request a valuation, sign a listing agreement, and Broker.xxx writes the listing and prospectus. The public listing shows the business and its headline figures, while the URL, traffic and full financials go to qualified buyers only. Once the asset purchase agreement is signed and escrow is funded, the parties handle the transfer. Broker.xxx puts average sale time at three to six months, from a few days to over a year.
Domain sellers point their nameservers to NS1.BROKER.XXX and NS2.BROKER.XXX, which then serve the sale page.
Two terms buyers and sellers should know
Parties introduced by Broker.xxx may not close a deal directly to cut the broker out. Anyone who does owes the full commission. Buyers remain solely responsible for their due diligence, and Broker.xxx advises them not to rely only on what it provides.
Who is behind Broker.xxx
Jay Vee, known as Juicy Jay and CEO of the ad network JuicyAds, started Broker.xxx in 2019 to resell a domain portfolio. The public marketplace opened in 2020, and version 4.0 of the platform launched in 2025. The site publishes no company name or address, and its terms point to an email contact.
