What the $49 Privly plan includes
Privly sells one plan at $49 a month with no per-username surcharge.
- Leak-site scanning, live Telegram, Discord and Reddit monitoring and real-time email alerts.
- Unlimited DMCA notices with escalation, Google and Bing delisting, and impersonator takedowns.
- Deepfake detection with face matching, forensic watermarking and a content vault with proof of ownership.
- A weekly report and a named human agent.
The seven-day free trial needs no card but only covers one scan, three watermarked files and three vault uploads: takedowns and monitoring start when you subscribe. Payment runs through Stripe by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You can cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the period, but fees are non-refundable except where the law requires, such as the Australian Consumer Law. Privly says it turns down about 15% of sign-ups when it cannot act in a given country or for a given type of content.
How Privly’s per-subscriber watermark works
Privly hides a code unique to each subscriber in a file’s pixels and audio. When a copy leaks, it decodes the mark and returns the subscriber’s account, email and purchase date, and says the mark survives screenshots, re-encodes and crops. The marking happens when a subscriber downloads the file. On a platform such as OnlyFans, which delivers content itself, Privly does not spell out how that works in practice, so ask before relying on it.
Leaving OnlyFans with Privly’s $499 offboarding
The offboarding package costs $499 once, with no subscription and twelve months of monitoring. A specialist guides account closure on every platform, runs a full sweep, files unlimited notices, requests Google and Bing delisting and sends a monthly all-clear report for a year. That is cheaper than twelve months of the regular plan at $588.
Who runs Privly
Privly Ventures Pty Ltd runs the service from Australia and is a registered DMCA designated agent with the US Copyright Office, but the company is young and small. The team counts four people and no address is published. Some figures do not match:
- the pricing page claims 500+ leak sites scanned, then 10,000+ in the same grid,
- it quotes a median removal time under 24 hours, while the about page gives a 76-hour average,
- a testimonial calls a creator a customer “since 2024” and the about page says “two years in”, yet useprivly.com was registered in August 2025 and the terms are dated April 2026.
Agencies, copyright registration and free help
Agencies pay $200 a month for up to ten creators, then $20 per creator, month to month. US copyright registration costs $114 for one video, $299 for up to 750 photos and up to $2,949 for 30 videos, filing fees included. Privly also helps anyone targeted by leaked intimate images or deepfakes for free, without an account, and runs an open-data leak observatory and a free DMCA notice generator.
