What the DeleteMyLeaks free scan does
The free scan only needs your creator handle and an email address, with no card and no password, and most scans finish in about two minutes. It checks leak aggregators, search engines and file hosts, then emails you the links it found. Filing takedowns and ongoing monitoring need a paid plan.
DeleteMyLeaks keeps your handle, email and report for up to 90 days, partly to stop repeat free scans, and deletes them on request. A second, optional box adds you to its mailing list.
DeleteMyLeaks plans: scan frequency and takedown caps
Essential costs $99, Advanced $149 and Nuke My Leaks $199 a month, or $79, $119 and $159 a month billed yearly.
- Essential scans weekly and caps takedowns at 100 a month. It already covers Google, Bing, X, Reddit and Discord, human review and a monthly report.
- Advanced scans every two days, removes the cap, adds deepfake and impersonator takedowns and moves you up the review queue.
- Nuke My Leaks scans daily, with the fastest response times, wider platform coverage and a dedicated removal specialist.
Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades at the next billing cycle. Each plan covers one creator profile. Payment runs through Stripe with Visa, Mastercard or American Express, and crypto is not accepted.
How DeleteMyLeaks files and follows up on notices
A person confirms every match before a notice is sent, and all notices go out under DeleteMyLeaks’ registered agent details, so your legal name, home address and email never reach the pirate site.
Onboarding takes under ten minutes: a few clear face photos, given with consent, plus the handles you post under. The service builds a face-matching template from them, says it will not sell or share it, and lets you withdraw consent from your account. A faceless creator is still covered through her handles and the names leakers repost her under.
Every targeted page is rechecked a day, a week and a month after its notice. Delisting requests go separately to Google, Bing and Brave, so a page can drop out of search while its host stalls. Hosts that ignore notices get repeat notices, then abuse reports to their upstream provider and, where it applies, a report to DMCA.gov. If an uploader files a counter-notice, you have 10 to 14 business days to decide whether to sue, and DeleteMyLeaks does not give legal advice. It promises no takedown time.
Deepfake removal under US law
For deepfakes, DeleteMyLeaks combines DMCA notices, right-of-publicity claims, platform rules on non-consensual intimate imagery and, in the US, DEFIANCE Act notices. A deepfake generated from scratch, with none of your footage, can still be removed through those intimate-imagery and publicity routes.
One inconsistency to check before you pick a plan: the pricing grid limits deepfake removal to Advanced and up, while the deepfake feature page says it is part of every plan.
The DeleteMyLeaks refund policy
DeleteMyLeaks refunds your first payment within 7 days, but only if no takedown notice has been filed for you and you have not otherwise used the service. The help center promises a 7-day refund to unsatisfied customers without that condition, but both the refund policy and the terms add it. Renewals are generally not refunded. Cancelling in the dashboard stops the next renewal and keeps access until the end of the paid period. Filing a chargeback before contacting support can get your account suspended.
Who runs DeleteMyLeaks
Deletemyleaks LLC is a US company that publishes neither an address nor the state where it is registered, and deletemyleaks.com was registered in May 2024. Support works by form and email, with replies within 24 hours according to the service. The site calls itself the number one takedown service for creators and compares itself with Bruqi, LeakRemover.ai, Rulta and DMCA.com on pages it writes itself. Searches for DeleteMyLeaks often bring up DeleteMe, a different company that removes personal data from data-broker sites.
Agencies get one dashboard for every creator profile, bulk takedowns and optional scoped logins for each creator. Agency pricing is negotiated by number of active profiles.

DeleteMyLeaks vs BranditScan and Rulta
BranditScan scans hourly for $69 a month but sends notices without a human check. DeleteMyLeaks checks every notice but only scans daily on its $199 plan. Rulta starts at $139 a month plus VAT for one username. If wrongful takedowns worry you, DeleteMyLeaks’ review step matters. If you want frequent scans for the lowest price, BranditScan is cheaper.
