How HugeDomains 0% payment plans work
A payment plan lets you use the domain right away at NameBright while paying monthly with no interest, and the domain stays locked until the last payment. XxxWebmaster.com, for example, is $1,495 outright or $62.29 a month for 24 months, though the FAQ on each listing still says plans run up to 12 months. A missed payment takes the domain offline until you pay, and three missed months in a row return it to the seller. Payment plan purchases are not refundable.
Adult domain names at HugeDomains
A search for "porn" returns 16 names, from $595 for SmilePorn.com or PornOral.com to $11,895 for Pornoism.com. "xxx" returns five, from $695 to $22,795. "adult" returns far more, but mixes adult brands with general terms such as AdultingCollege.com. The inventory is almost all .com, with no .xxx. Prices are listed, but the sales team will consider offers by email, form or phone, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Mountain time.
HugeDomains’ 30-day refund rule
The 30-day guarantee excludes domains used in a harmful way, such as for spam. It also lapses if you move the domain away from NameBright (which locks it for 60 days), if you bought through a payment plan or a reseller, and it applies once per calendar year.
Buying and delivery
HugeDomains takes Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal and Escrow.com, the last with a 10% fee and two to three business days for delivery. Outright purchases usually reach your NameBright account within one to two hours, with a free year of Whois privacy. Renewals then cost $8.95 to $25 a year. You can move the domain to GoDaddy or any other registrar from your NameBright account, and the transfer, handled manually, takes up to five days. HugeDomains does not buy or trade domains and points sellers to Afternic or Sedo.
Is HugeDomains legit?
HugeDomains is run by HugeDomains.com LLC, a Denver company co-founded by Jeffrey and Andrew Reberry that has sold domains online since 2005. The Better Business Bureau gives it an A+ rating without accreditation and lists 10 complaints over the past three years. Its 1.6 out of 5 on Trustpilot and the Reddit threads about it mostly target asking prices in the thousands of dollars.
