Yoursafe review: the e-money account behind Verotel

yoursafe.com

Yoursafe is an electronic money institution licensed in the Netherlands that opens free accounts with an IBAN for individuals and platforms. Businesses receive Verotel, CardBilling and GayCharge transfers free of charge and pay creators in bulk.

Our verdict on Yoursafe

Yoursafe suits a webmaster selling through Verotel who wants to receive sales free of charge in a licensed European account, and a platform paying creators or chat operators. Creators themselves get a free account with an IBAN and a Visa debit card.

The costs come with money leaving Europe and with inactivity: a business account making fewer than five payments a month pays $20 a month in USD after three months.

Yourcash payouts for platforms

Yourcash lets a platform send bulk payouts as links to its creators, chat operators, streamers or affiliates through the Mass Payout API. The recipient taps the link, installs the Yoursafe app and finds the money on a card in their phone, to spend wherever Visa is accepted or take out as cash. The platform collects no bank details and no KYC.

The Yoursafe business account

The business account is free to open, keep and close, and can run in EUR, USD or GBP. Incoming Verotel, CardBilling and GayCharge transfers are free, as are transfers between Yoursafe accounts. An outgoing SEPA payment costs €0.75, a SWIFT wire €25, and an ACH to a third-party US account $5 on a USD account.

Bulk payouts run by CSV upload or the Mass Payments API. A business account with fewer than five payments a month pays, after three months, €10, $20 or £15 a month depending on its currency.

The Yoursafe personal account

The personal account is free, with a unique IBAN, the app and free Yoursafe-to-Yoursafe transfers. It handles SEPA, wire, ACH and US check, works with Apple Pay and, in the Netherlands, iDEAL. Identity is verified in the app, with over 1,700 ID types and a biometric check.

Yoursafe privacy tools

Yoursafe ID lets you get paid by a platform without sharing your personal data or account number. You can also pay under a verified Instagram or X alias, with at least 1,000 Instagram followers on a six-month-old account or 500 on a one-year-old X account. You can pick your own IBAN for €9.95 a year or use disposable IBANs at €0.99.

Personal account fees

Receiving under €10,000 in euros is free, and a non-euro payment costs €25. An outgoing SEPA payment costs €0.75, a SWIFT wire €25, with 1% added on USD payments over $1,000. The Visa debit card costs €29.50 a year and €2 per withdrawal. An account with less than one payment a month pays €1 after three months.

License and company

Yoursafe B.V., Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 34180575, based in Amsterdam, is an electronic money institution licensed and supervised by the Dutch Central Bank. In February 2026 the Dutch central bank imposed a €12,500 penalty order on Yoursafe for filing its 2024 audited accounts late. Client funds are held at the European Central Bank and are not used for loans or speculation. Yoursafe may block a payment method on suspicion of fraud or a high chargeback risk.
