Capitalist virtual cards for media buyers
Virtual cards in USD or EUR, issued in Hong Kong, cost $2.50 or €2 to issue and 4% per top-up. They link to Apple Pay, with no maintenance fee and no spending cap. Cards for ad campaigns use UK and US BINs and are advertised with “No complicated KYC procedure”.
Networks that pay through Capitalist
Capitalist says it is integrated with more than 40 CPA networks that accept it as a payout destination, including Adsterra, TrafficStars, RichAds and MGID. Its home page also lists HilltopAds, ClickAdilla, Cherry.tv and other ad networks among its partners. A webmaster paid by these networks receives commissions free of charge in a Capitalist account.
Capitalist mass payouts
A network funds its balance, then pays affiliates in a single batch by CSV or API, each on the method they chose. Payouts go to Visa or Mastercard cards, SWIFT, SEPA or local transfers, USDT, BTC, ETH or TRX, wallets such as WebMoney or Payoneer, and even mobile top-ups. It covers 160+ countries and calls itself a payment system for “challenging geos”, including Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
Capitalist fees
Receiving via SWIFT or SEPA is free, as is a transfer between Capitalist accounts. An outgoing wire costs 2.5%, with a $50 or €50 minimum, rising to 70 with shared charges. Sending to a Visa or Mastercard card costs 4.5% plus $2.50 or €2.50. A payment search or wire return costs $50.
Who runs Capitalist
The user agreement names Capitalist Inc., a company registered in the British Virgin Islands, in Road Town, as owner of the system. No page read mentions a license or a regulator. Capitalist says it has operated since 2014, while one footer claims 11 years of work.
