How Unstability can reuse your images
Every generated image is collected and visible to human moderators, and Unstability reserves the right to use any of them for its own purposes, marketing and advertising included. The policy sets no time limit and no exception for explicit content. Prompts and reference images are covered by a broad license to the service, and personal data is kept indefinitely unless you ask for deletion. A site selling or publishing these images exclusively risks seeing them in Unstability’s promotion.
The uncapped pool and the heavy pool
Everyday models draw on an unlimited pool that never blocks, though heavy use lowers queue priority from High to Low. Premium, compute-hungry models draw on a heavy pool with weekly and monthly limits and no rollover, and Max adds 5 to 10 times that pool. The first payment is fully refundable within 30 days, once per customer.
