Does SOAX have a free trial?
No. The Sandbox plan is free but includes no credits: you buy top-up credits at Sandbox rates, the highest on the grid. Each paid plan includes one credit per dollar, a credit is worth roughly $1 of usage, and credits expire 60 days after they are added, or 12 months on annual plans. They are not refundable.
SOAX pricing by plan and geo tier
- Sandbox, free: $5 per GB in tier 1, $2 in tier 3.
- Builder, $200 a month: $3 and $1.20.
- Team, $500: $2.20 and $0.90.
- Scale, $1,500: $1.50 and $0.60.
- Enterprise, $3,000: from $0.85 and $0.35.
The US is in tier 1 and India in tier 2, so US traffic costs more per GB. One rate covers residential and mobile. Country, region, city and ISP targeting is included, with ASN and ZIP from Scale.
Identity verification before purchase
Since June 2026, identity verification is a condition of access to the paid platform: the account owner, and where relevant the business, must be verified before buying. SOAX can refuse an account or a purchase if verification fails. Crypto payments, available after verification, are never refunded to the source wallet.
