PaperStreetCash review: TeamSkeet payouts and tube rules

paperstreetcash.com

PaperStreetCash is the affiliate program of Paper Street Media, the Miami Lakes company behind TeamSkeet. It advertises up to $40 per sale or a 70% revenue share across 52 sites, pays twice a month once you reach a $250 minimum, and sets strict rules for tube uploads.

Our verdict on PaperStreetCash

PaperStreetCash is a solid fit for affiliates with steady teen, petite or step-family traffic who can wait for a first payout of $250 or more. The TeamSkeet catalog is focused, galleries are hosted for free, and the program buys and hosts the domains its tube submitters use. The headline rates are ceilings: your actual rate is set with an affiliate manager after you sign up.

Tube submitters should read the upload rules before anything else, because they rule out recent scenes. Review sites and blogs need written approval before ranking pages on the network's brand names.

How PaperStreetCash pays: a $250 minimum and a one-month hold

PaperStreetCash closes its pay periods on the 1st and the 16th, holds earnings for a month to cover fraud and chargebacks, and sends payments on the 8th and the 24th. Expect at least a month between a sale and the money landing, and nothing is sent until you clear your threshold.

The sign-up form offers thresholds of $250, $300, $350, $400, $450, $500 and $1,000, and the program can change the minimum on any account. Several review sites still quote a $50 or $200 minimum, figures the current form no longer offers. Fees depend on the method:

Payout methodFee per payment
Paxum$0
Check$1
Domestic wire, within the US$25
International wire$50

For a US affiliate, a domestic wire takes 10% of a payout at the lowest threshold, and a check costs a dollar if you can live with mail delays. Affiliates in the UK, Canada, India or Brazil lose a fifth of that same payout to an international wire, before their own bank's charges, so Paxum is the sensible choice for a small account. The form has an optional field for a US tax ID or SSN, and the program may ask for identity documents before paying.

What PaperStreetCash pays per sale and on rev share

PaperStreetCash advertises up to $40 per sale, trials included, or up to a 70% share of every sale and rebill. Neither figure appears on the sign-up form. Your rate is agreed with the affiliate manager once the account is open, and the referral program pays $200 for each active webmaster you bring in.

Two clauses limit what those numbers mean. The program can move any account to pay per sale on any transaction, TeamSkeet included, so an affiliate who picked rev share for the rebills can end up on a flat fee for part of their sales. Commissions can also be changed at any time, effective once you are notified.

PaperStreetCash tube upload rules

PaperStreetCash allows tube submissions only from domains its team registers and only on tubes it approves in advance. The program offers to buy and host those domains at its own cost. A domain you register yourself triggers a payout hold until you transfer it, with transfer fees refunded on proof of registration.

The clip rules are specific:

  • for any video released since June 1, 2025, the scene must be a year old before it goes on a tube,
  • one clip per scene, eight minutes at most, and no splitting a scene into several parts,
  • two to four minutes of hardcore at most, and no cumshot on screen,
  • each clip goes on one tube only: once it is on xvideos, it cannot go anywhere else,
  • the watermark domain must redirect to a join page carrying your affiliate link and a campaign.

An older rule allowing uploads thirty days after a scene's release is still in the guide, and the one-year delay overrides it for recent videos. An in-house team files DMCA notices on clips that run long, each takedown counts as a strike, and repeated strikes lead to a ban from the tube and from the program. A few network sites cannot be promoted at all, and your manager tells you which.

The clip exporter still delivers 1, 3 and 5 minute clips in FLV and WMV, two formats browsers no longer play. Plan on converting each file to MP4 before you preview it or host it yourself.

Is PaperStreetCash legit?

Yes. Paper Street Cash is an established program, run since 2003 by Paper Street Media, LLC in Miami Lakes, Florida, and it pays twice a month. It also reviews every pay period before paying and voids sales it considers fraudulent. In a 2016 WJunction thread, a pay-per-sale affiliate described having their sales voided and their members refunded. The program cited a site URL that led nowhere, member IP addresses that did not match the join IPs, and a burst of traffic over a few days with no visible referring site.

The lesson is practical. List a live site when you sign up, send steady traffic whose source can be seen, and tell your manager before you start buying traffic. Chat traffic is refused outright, and email traffic is handled case by case.

Account rules add to this. An account with no sales for 90 days can be put on hold with restricted access. The final payment can be withheld while amounts are calculated, and no commission is owed on customers who join after the agreement ends.

Ranking on TeamSkeet brand names needs written approval

Any affiliate who wants to rank on Google for the network's site names needs written approval from PaperStreetCash, which the program can revoke at any time. The rule covers keywords in titles, meta data and pages, as well as paid keywords, typo domains and coupon sites. Reusing a title or description already published on the network's own sites can get you banned.

For a review site or a directory, the fix is simple: ask in writing before building the pages, and keep the reply.

The 52 TeamSkeet sites and the promo tools

The catalog opens with TeamSkeet all-access, then runs through niche sites: teen and petite with Exxxtra Small, She's New and Teens Do Porn, step-family roleplay with Family Strokes, Sis Loves Me, SisSwap and TinySis, Latina with Oye Loca, Latina Team and Spanish18, and newer series such as FreeUse Fantasy, PervDoctor and PervTherapy. The network adds exclusive content seven days a week.

Galleries and tours are hosted for free and can be customized by date, model, site or template. Banners are customizable too, stats run on NATS 4.1, and custom requests for clips, banners or templates are accepted. Two affiliate managers answer by email, Teams and Telegram.

Strengths and limits of PaperStreetCash

Strengths

  • High ceilings: $40 per sale or 70% rev share, plus $200 per referral.
  • A focused catalog of 52 TeamSkeet sites with daily updates.
  • Free hosted galleries, and tube domains bought by the program.
  • Fee-free Paxum and two payouts a month.

Limitations

  • Your real rate is only known after sign-up, and it can change.
  • A high minimum payout, paid at least a month after the sale.
  • Wire fees that eat into small payouts, especially abroad.
  • Tube clips limited to scenes over a year old, one tube per clip.
  • Written approval needed to rank on brand names.
  • Voided sales and frozen accounts on traffic flagged as suspicious.

PaperStreetCash vs GammaStats

GammaStats, the Gamma Entertainment program, advertises lower ceilings of $35 per sale and 50% rev share, but lets you pick a payout threshold from $50. A new site gets its first payment sooner with GammaStats. A site already converting teen and step-family traffic has more upside with PaperStreetCash.
