GammaStats payout methods, minimums and fees

GammaStats pays on the 15th and the last day of each month, in US dollars, and sends the money within five days.

The agreement also lists Interac e-transfer for Canadians, at wire terms, but the signup form only offers check, wire and Paxum. You can pick a higher minimum, up to $5,000.

US affiliates file a W-9 and get a 1099-NEC once earnings cross the IRS threshold. If Gamma doesn't have your tax and payment paperwork within 90 days of a sale, that commission never accrues. Disputes must be filed within 30 days.

The 24-hour cookie and the 30-day hold

A purchase made more than 24 hours after the click on your link does not count, and neither does one where the buyer clicked another affiliate's link first. A sale only becomes final once the customer has been in good standing for 30 days, and new affiliates can have commissions held while Gamma checks cancellation rates.

Offering your own coupon, refund or incentive voids the sale, as do PayGarden gift card purchases. Only coupons supplied by the program can be shown.

Pay per sale only covers sixty countries

Pay per sale applies only to purchases from the sixty countries in the agreement's appendix, and not to prepaid cards or Epoch-billed sales. Everything else falls back to rev share.

The US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa are on the list. India, Brazil, Mexico, the Philippines and Nigeria are not, so traffic from those markets earns rev share only.

FameDollars, BlazingBucks and BuddyProfits compared

• FameDollars: $35 per sale including trials or up to 50% rev share, across 24 brands such as Adult Time, Evil Angel, Pure Taboo, Playboy Plus, Girlsway, Transfixed and Vivid.
• BlazingBucks: $30 per signup including trials or 50% lifetime rev share, across 16 sites such as HardX, DarkX, EroticaX and LesbianX.
• BuddyProfits: up to $40 per sale or up to 60% rev share, "certain conditions apply", across 9 gay brands such as Falcon, Raging Stallion, Next Door Studios and Active Duty.

Gamma can change rates at any time, and your console shows the rate that applies. On rev share, rebills keep paying for the life of the subscription, even after you leave the program. Referrals earn 10% of the purchases made by your referred affiliate's customers, paid by Gamma rather than taken from the referral. Tools include hosted galleries, banners, embeddable two-minute clips, promo codes and deep links.

GammaStats tube and paid search rules

Tube uploaders may not post to PornHub, YouPorn, RedTube, Tube8, xTube, xHamster or xVideos, may not use content released in the last 60 days without permission, and are limited to one clip of up to 6:15 per scene per tube. Gamma brand names cannot appear in titles, usernames or watermarks.

Paid search affiliates cannot bid on Gamma trademarks, misspellings or "coupon" and "promo" combinations without written approval, and cannot link straight from an ad to a Gamma site.
