Netim pricing in dollars
Netim charges $69 excluding VAT for the first year of a .xxx, .porn, .adult or .sex domain until December 31, 2026, then $128 a year. An inbound transfer costs $98, and restoring an expired adult domain costs $159.50. A .com costs $19 a year, at registration and renewal alike, and $13 to transfer in.
The site can show prices in dollars, euros, Swiss francs or pounds, always excluding VAT. A customer in the European Union pays VAT on top, at 20% for a French account.
Every domain comes with one 1 GB email address, unlimited redirects, anycast DNS and DNSSEC. WHOIS privacy is listed as partial, because each registry sets what can be hidden.
Netim and AdultBlock brand protection
Netim resells AdultBlock and AdultBlock+, the ICM Registry services that stop third parties from registering domains containing a trademark across .adult, .porn, .sex and .xxx. Terms run for 1, 3, 5 or 10 years. Pricing and eligibility come from Netim’s sales team on request.
For a studio whose name already circulates on tube sites, one block replaces four defensive registrations renewed every year. The same page offers other blocking programs, such as DPML for 269 Identity Digital extensions and GlobalBlock for 841 extensions.
Why a new .xxx domain does not resolve at Netim
A .xxx domain only resolves once the registrant has joined ICM Registry’s sponsored adult community. ICM emails a validation link, the registrant fills in a free form in about five minutes, attests to working in adult entertainment, and enters a PIN read out during a phone call from ICM. Membership is tied to the email address, so it activates every .xxx linked to it.
A company outside the industry can still register a .xxx to keep its name off the market, but the domain will not resolve. .porn, .adult and .sex have no such requirement.
ID checks and acceptable use
Netim’s identity verification procedure, in force since May 2026, lists when documents can be requested: when a customer account is created, when a registry requires it, after an abuse report, or when the account balance goes negative. Individuals provide valid photo ID and proof of address less than three months old. A company outside France provides a certificate of incorporation less than six months old and ID for its legal representative. Documents in a non-Latin alphabet need a French or English translation.
Netim’s acceptable use policy bans child sexual abuse material, hate speech and pirated content, and lets Netim suspend every domain of a repeat offender.
