DialXS review: European payment methods for adult sites

dialxs.nl

DialXS, based in Oss in the Netherlands since 2000, gives adult, dating and escort advertising sites 22 European payment methods, from iDEAL and Bancontact to SEPA debit. Payments are collected by CURO Payments, which the Dutch central bank regulates. Signup is self-service, with no lock-in and pricing by quote.

Our verdict on DialXS

DialXS suits an adult site with buyers in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and the rest of Europe who prefer their local bank payment to a card. Signup is self-service, with no lock-in or minimum, and a compliant site can be live within hours.

A US or UK-focused site gets little from it: there is no ACH and no UK-specific method, and rates, reserve and payout terms are all by quote.

DialXS payment methods

DialXS lists 22 methods at signup, built around European habits: iDEAL and iDEAL QR in the Netherlands, Bancontact in Belgium, Carte Bancaire in France, Dankort in Denmark, CartaSi in Italy, Przelewy24 in Poland, OnlineÜberweisen and SEPA debit in 34 countries. Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron), PayPal, Paysafecard, bitcoin and buy-now-pay-later options from Klarna, Riverty, Billink and Focum complete the list.

DialXS also keeps its telecom roots: a wallet converted into minutes of use, pay-by-call and mobile billing, documented in its knowledge base. Its free iOS and Android app tracks revenue live by country, payment method and site.

DialXS signup, live within hours

DialXS signup runs 24/7: once you confirm your email the account is created in test mode, and a compliant site with complete documents can go live within a few hours. Crypto exchanges, forex and gambling must show a license.

Dutch rules require your contact page to show company name and legal form, a physical address, Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers, a phone number and an email. There is no lock-in period, minimum volume or notice period. Integration is by API or one of 17 shop plugins, including WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento and WHMCS.

Who actually collects the money

DialXS describes itself as a payment and telecom intermediary, and payments are collected by CURO Payments, a collecting payment service provider regulated by the Dutch central bank. The central bank’s register lists DialXS as a trade name of CURO Payments, also based in Oss. Buyers see CURO Payments and the merchant’s name on their bank statement, and CURO handles their questions. DialXS even runs a support page for CAM4 buyers who paid CURO Payments by iDEAL, Bancontact, Giropay, Sofort, Dankort or card.

DialXS pricing

DialXS publishes no rates: every client gets a custom quote, and CURO Payments says pricing depends mainly on monthly transaction count. DialXS promises no hidden costs. Reserve, payout delay and payout minimum are not published. A free reseller program pays either a fixed kickback per successful transaction or a 50/50 split of the buy-sell margin.

Strengths and limitations of DialXS

Strengths

  • European local methods: iDEAL, Bancontact, Carte Bancaire, SEPA.
  • Regulated collection through CURO Payments.
  • Self-service signup, live in hours.
  • No lock-in or minimum.

Limitations

  • No published rate, reserve or payout schedule.
  • Nothing for US or UK local payments.
  • Older technical documentation, much of it pre-2015.

DialXS vs Verotel and CCBill

Verotel, also Dutch, publishes its rate, 15.5% on Basic, and accepts merchants from any country. CCBill adds ACH for US buyers and pays every Monday. DialXS brings European bank methods with no lock-in but leaves every number to the quote. A site selling mainly in the Benelux and France gets the most from it.
