Our verdict on XWPThemes

XWPThemes suits a webmaster running a few WordPress tube sites who wants free themes and paid importers. The products come without warranty, and a refund depends on the shop’s judgement.

The XWPThemes licence

The FAQ allows one licence on 30 domains, for one person, while the shop banner says “Unlimited domain usage”. Sharing, reselling or distributing a licence is banned, and a scanner can terminate it. Buyers get updates and support for free, by email or the contact page.

A refund request must come within 45 days of purchase, for an issue support could not fix, after contacting support. Problems caused by other plugins or themes do not qualify, and refunds are granted at the shop’s sole discretion. The products are provided as is, without warranty.
