Voxy MGMT’s hourly pay is only as real as the management agreement you are asked to sign: get the hourly rate, the conditions that trigger it and the revenue split in writing before you commit. Without that document, it is a standard revenue-share agency with a bold homepage.

On paper the package is good for a cam model: a 24/7 chat team at no extra cost, no fees, no lock-in, and accounts that stay yours. But the site is months old, names no company, and its terms end with a note that they are a general template to be reviewed by a lawyer.

How the “guaranteed” hourly rate works

The homepage says streamers earn $50 to $500 for every hour live, added to their revenue split rather than deducted from it, whether the room is busy or quiet. The starting rate is $50, it rises with consistency and room performance, and it is set in writing before you begin. The example given, 20 hours a week at $100 an hour, comes to about $8,660 a month.

The terms and conditions are more cautious. Whether a streamer is entitled to an hourly rate, and on what conditions, is left to the management agreement. Rates on the site are “indicative ranges, not offers”, and Voxy MGMT states that it does not guarantee earnings. The sample dashboard on the homepage is labelled “illustrative figures”.

A dedicated account manager and team run traffic from Reddit, TikTok, X and Instagram, subscription pricing, PPV, bundles and tips on OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue, a round-the-clock chat team included at no extra cost, and content planning. For cam work, the agency multistreams across major sites including Chaturbate and Stripchat, with dedicated room chatters. Alias setup, geo-blocking and leak takedowns are part of the service, and a private dashboard shows hours, earnings by platform and your schedule.

The agency is paid by a revenue share agreed in writing, with no setup fees or monthly retainer, and does not publish the rate. There is no minimum term: either side can end things by written notice. Accounts, content and subscriber lists stay with the creator.
