VideoBunch review: DVDs re-encoded to your format for free

videobunch.com

VideoBunch licenses about 27,700 adult DVDs and scenes from 363 studios, sold singly at $39.99 to $149.99 or in packs. Every item comes with up to three free encodes in the format and bitrate you choose, plus tube rights.

Our verdict on VideoBunch

VideoBunch suits a US tube or VOD site buying classic studio DVDs: the files arrive already encoded to your specs, and tube use costs nothing extra. Studios include Devils Film, Combat Zone, Filly Films and JM Productions.

What it lacks is a named seller, and its two pages on exchanges disagree.

How VideoBunch encoding works

Every scene or DVD includes free encoding to up to three outputs, with format and bitrate picked at checkout, or custom encoding on request. Orders are approved and queued from 9 AM to 3 PM Pacific time across 20 encoding servers. Ready titles download in 15 to 30 minutes or more, depending on the specs, and titles that need prep are usually ready the next day, within two business days at most. Each product page lists the original file size, resolution and format, such as 6.83 GB VOB at 720 × 480.

What VideoBunch rights cover

Purchases come with worldwide internet rights covering tubes, memberships, pay per minute and VOD, with your site URLs listed at checkout. Image sets can be used for promotion and banners without limits. Resale, IPTV, OTT, broadcast, satellite, DVD and physical distribution are excluded and priced separately.

VideoBunch packs

  • 100 straight HD scenes for $350, picked from 1,280.
  • 200 4K scenes for $1,500, picked from 1,821.
  • 500 HD DVDs for $5,000, picked from 2,183.
  • 10 Filly Films lesbian HD DVDs for $100.

A pack can be filled across several checkouts, and payment plans are offered for tighter budgets.

VideoBunch exchange rules

The refund page offers an exchange for a title of equal value within 5 days, up to 5 titles per order. Another page promises a 15-day exchange on all scenes. Neither mentions cash refunds. Payment is by card, PayPal, Venmo, wire or check, with a 10-day hold on checks. The published license agreement leaves the licensor’s name blank, and no company appears anywhere on the site.
