AdultSexContent review: licensed DVD content for paysites

adultsexcontent.com

AdultSexContent is a Serbian content broker that licenses studio DVDs to paysites, most of them in the US. It lists 8,135 full DVDs, the bulk priced $150 to $199, and single scenes at around $75. No new titles have been added since June 2022.

Our verdict on AdultSexContent

AdultSexContent suits a US paysite that wants to fill a niche with back-catalog studio films, bought as a full DVD or scene by scene, and does not need fresh releases. Every scene names its performers, niches and the custodian of its 2257 records, and a purchase you are unhappy with can be refunded within 30 days.

It is a harder sell if you want to know exactly what you are buying. Scene pages leave running time and format blank, and the license itself is only sent by email after you pay.

Is AdultSexContent still adding content?

No new batch has arrived since June 2022. Scenes are filed by the month they were added, from January 2007 to August 2023. Spring 2022 was the last busy stretch, with 442 scenes added in June, and after that a single scene was added, in August 2023.

The library itself is large. It draws on more than a hundred studios, such as Venom Digital HD, Combat Zone HD and Woodman E., gay studios included. One quirk: the DVD and Scenes sections show “no results found” until you pick a studio, niche, month or price range.

AdultSexContent pricing

A full DVD runs from a few dozen dollars to over $350:

DVD priceTitles
Under $100207
$100 to $149781
$150 to $1992,882
$200 to $249926
$250 to $2991,136
$300 to $349481
$350 and up1,722

Single scenes cost $70 to $80, and 35 of the first 40 scenes from the last month of additions sit at $75. Four scenes bought one by one come to $300, more than nearly three DVDs in four cost whole. Checkout runs through Segpay, and a separate form takes any amount from $10 to $10,000.

What a scene page tells you, including 2257 records

Each scene page lists the studio, language, date added, niches, performers, the number of women and men, and a breakdown of the acts. It also names the custodian of records under 18 U.S.C. 2257 for that title, with a postal address. For a Venom Digital HD scene, that is a custodian in Chatsworth, California. AdultSexContent states that it is not the primary producer of any of the material.

The running time, format and production date read “NA” on recent scenes, so ask by email what resolution and length you will get before you order.

How licensing and refunds work

The license agreement is not published on the site. You request it by email, sign it twice and return it by email, fax or mail within 30 days of your purchase. You may use the content as soon as the download finishes, but only on the websites listed in your license, so list every domain when you sign.

If you are unhappy with a title, you have 30 days to ask for an exchange for a comparable product or a refund. A refund revokes the license for that title immediately.

Who runs AdultSexContent

AdultSexContent says it is incorporated in Serbia, prepares content in Bosnia and markets from Slovenia, and has operated since March 2007. It buys nothing outright: studios keep their rights and split each sale 50/50. The CEO is named only as “Lykos”, and no legal company name appears anywhere. XBIZ nominated it for Content Broker/Licensor of the Year at the 2008 awards. Support is by email or ICQ, a messenger that shut down in 2024.

AdultSexContent compared with other content stores

AdultLabs publishes its license and video resolution up front, with sets from $29 to $59. Adult Film Star Content sells US studio scenes at $25 each, and far less per scene in bulk. AdultSexContent suits a buyer after full European and niche DVDs who is willing to settle the details by email.
