Sogni suits an adult webmaster who produces their own images and video for a site, unfiltered and cleared for commercial use, on a low monthly plan. Serving a site’s visitors directly is another matter: the fair use note rules out multi-user production apps, which means the enterprise offer.

App development and agentic use are encouraged, but multi-user production applications and continuous 24/7 workloads are not fair use.
