Pandablue review: PIX and SPEI payouts for cam studios

pandablue.com

Pandablue is a Colombian company that pays cam models and studios their earnings from platforms such as Stripchat and LiveJasmin through local rails like PIX in Brazil and SPEI in Mexico. Its quoted fees run from 2% to 8% depending on the platform.

Our verdict on Pandablue

Pandablue makes sense for a cam platform or studio with models in Brazil, Mexico or Colombia who would otherwise wait on an international wire and lose part of it to conversion. Models pick it as their payout method, verify their ID once and get paid to a local bank account, or in Colombia to a wallet with a debit card.

Two points need checking first. Pandablue quotes different fee ranges in different places, so ask for the rate on your platform in writing. And it names no licence, while its own terms say it is not supervised by Colombia’s financial regulator.

What Pandablue does for platforms and studios

A platform can use Pandablue’s API for both sides of the flow: collecting from users with local methods and paying creators, studios and partners. The Latin American rails it names are PIX in Brazil, SPEI in Mexico and Bre-B in Colombia. Platforms it lists as partners include Stripchat, LiveJasmin, CAM4, XLoveCam, SkyPrivate and JustForFans.

A studio gets a Pandablue panel once a representative has approved its documents, as a company or as an individual. It receives platform earnings there and splits them among its models, each paid to her own bank account or wallet, with a status for every payment.

How much Pandablue charges

Pandablue quotes withdrawal fees of 2% to 5% depending on country, platform and payment method, and elsewhere 2.5% to 8% depending on the platform. In July 2026 it cut the Stripchat rate to 1.5%, for models only. Converting to local currency adds a provider fee, and studios get lower rates with volume. On a $2,000 weekly payout, the gap between 2% and 8% is $120.

How a model gets paid

The model selects Pandablue in her platform’s payout settings and passes a one-time ID check. Payments then go to a personal bank account in her name only, never to a third party or a company. Without verification a payment waits up to 15 days, then returns to the platform. Bank delivery takes from seconds to a couple of business days. Stripchat pays on Tuesdays, and the money reaches a Colombian bank account within 48 hours.

The Pandablue wallet, Colombia only

The wallet app is open only in Colombia, after an ID photo and a selfie. It takes Stripchat earnings instantly, sends to other wallets or to banks through Bre-B, Nequi or Daviplata, and comes with a debit card. Each transaction carries a fixed fee, and PandaCoins earned through use unlock discounts and fee-free withdrawals. Under the terms, incoming money is converted into stablecoins held for the user and sold back at withdrawal, so the peso balance is only a reference. An account idle for 12 months is charged $1 a month until it is empty, then closed.

Is Pandablue safe?

Pandablue is run by an identified Colombian company, PANDABLUE COLOMBIA S.A.S. in Bogotá, with its management named on the site, but its terms state that it is not a financial entity and is not supervised by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia. It acts as the user’s agent, reports balances and transactions to the Colombian tax authority and can close an account over any compliance risk. Its marketing still mentions authorisation in every region and international licences, without naming one.

Pandablue strengths and limitations

Strengths

  • Local-currency payouts over PIX, SPEI and Bre-B.
  • A studio panel that splits earnings between models.
  • A wallet and debit card for models in Colombia.

Limitations

  • Inconsistent fee quotes, from 2% to 8%.
  • No named licence and no financial supervision.
  • Wallet balances held in stablecoins.
  • No payouts to company accounts for individual creators.

Pandablue vs Paxum

Paxum is an offshore bank licensed in Dominica that charges a flat $50 to wire dollars to a bank account. Pandablue holds no named licence but pays models in reais, Mexican pesos or Colombian pesos over local rails, without an international wire.
