HugeTraffic review: Fling.com’s affiliate program

hugetraffic.com

HugeTraffic is the affiliate program for Fling.com and 25 other Global Personals dating sites, based in Miami Beach. It pays $35 to $55 per subscription, trials included, or 55% revenue share, twice a month by check, wire or ACH.

Our take on HugeTraffic

HugeTraffic suits a US adult site sending dating traffic to Fling.com that wants a flat fee per subscription, trials included, or revenue share that ties every free member to you for life. It has run since 2006, publishes its payout ladder in the agreement and pays by direct deposit or ACH for US affiliates, with a 1099 at year end.

Outside the US, you are left with checks or international wires, with no PayPal or Paxum. Paid search and email marketing are banned outright.

How HugeTraffic pays affiliates

HugeTraffic pays on the 24th for the 1st to the 15th, and on the 9th of the next month for the second half, by check, US direct deposit, ACH or international wire. There is no PayPal. The FAQ puts the default minimum at $50, while the sign-up form lists minimums starting at 500, with no currency. Payments come from Global Personals, LLC, and US citizens receive a 1099 at year end.

Payouts must be cashed within 90 days, and any dispute raised within the same window. Payment detail changes must reach HugeTraffic five days before a pay period closes.

HugeTraffic’s payout ladder per subscription

HugeTraffic pays $35 per subscription below 150 in a pay period, $45 from 150 to 299, and $55 above 300. Trials pay the same as monthly memberships, and your affiliate manager can raise your rate if your traffic quality justifies it. Occasional bonus days pay more on up to 20 subscriptions. Rates can change on ten days’ notice, and subscriptions paid with prepaid or gift cards fall under revenue share even on the flat-fee plan.

HugeTraffic’s revenue share

The default revenue share is 55/45 in the webmaster’s favor, negotiable with your manager. Every free member you send stays tied to your webmaster ID for the life of the membership, so a free user who upgrades years later still earns you the sale. It is the better plan for a site that mostly drives free sign-ups.

Fling.com and the HugeTraffic catalog

HugeTraffic promotes 26 Global Personals destinations, including the Fling app. Fling.com, which HugeTraffic calls an AVN award winner, leads the list, alongside niche sites such as Instabang, BBWZ, MilfPlay, SassySeniors, WivesCheat, LitLatinz, AmazingAsianz, Richmen and TradeNudes.

Links run through “Tours” that carry your username, which shows on the tour and cannot be changed. You get bannerless hosted galleries, banners and content tools, and real-time stats on sign-ups, raws, uniques and referring URLs. Multiple accounts are allowed, and the referral program pays $200 per active webmaster, meaning one who has sent four to eight paying customers, the exact number chosen at random.

What HugeTraffic will not pay for

HugeTraffic bans paid search on its sites, even indirectly, along with email, phone, SMS and MMS marketing. You cannot call a site “official” or place its name next to a competing service, and an age verification page must come before any explicit creative.

Subscriptions flagged as fraud go unpaid: several from the same IP or device, sequential cards with the same BIN, cancellations within 24 hours, or cards on a negative database. Accounts terminated for breaking the rules lose their earnings.
