Escort Website Design review: $995 for a custom site

escortwebsitedesign.com

Escort Website Design is David Allen's one-man studio near West Palm Beach, Florida, building escort websites since 1996, he says. Three packages run from $995 to $1,995, with the first year of hosting on a Dutch server included.

Our verdict on Escort Website Design

Escort Website Design fits a US independent escort who wants a full site with galleries, a touring calendar and a booking form in about ten days, hosted outside the US with private domain registration. Prices are public, and one person handles the whole job.

There is no named company, no terms of sale and no refund policy, while the deposit is 50%. Before paying, get the scope, the timeline and what happens to the deposit in writing.

Escort Website Design packages and pricing

  • The Diva, $995: 5 pages, one 20-photo gallery, one video, a 20-field booking form, touring calendar, 468x60 banner, CMS and right-click protection.
  • The VIP, $1,495: 8 pages, two galleries, video portfolio, 30-field booking form, newsletter and Twitter feed with a custom header.
  • The Elite, $1,995: 10 pages, four galleries, 40-field booking form, SEO meta tags and extra security with country blocking.

Every package needs a 50% deposit and takes roughly ten days once the start date arrives, with all photos and text supplied beforehand. Videos must be hosted on Vimeo or YouTube. After launch, the CMS lets you edit your own pages.

Hosting and maintenance costs after year one

Sites run on the studio's own server in the Netherlands, with anonymous domain registration so your name and address stay out of public records. The first year is free, then hosting costs $199 a year with the domain or $170 without. You can also host elsewhere.

Maintenance levelPriceIncludedExtra time
Level I$39/month or $450/year10 minutes, 48-hour reply, email$400 an hour
Level II$59/month or $650/year30 minutes, 24-hour reply, phone, backups$300 an hour
Level III$89/month or $1,000/year60 minutes, 12-hour reply$200 an hour

Without a plan, updates cost $150 an hour. The studio also maintains sites it did not build, including VedaCMS sites.

Extras, including the footer credit

An extra page costs $125, an extra gallery $75, an extra video $75, banners $60 or $100, small scripts $50, and a rush job $400 on top. David Allen reserves the right to put a design credit in every site's footer: removing it costs $100, and keeping your site out of his portfolio costs $75.

Who runs Escort Website Design

David Allen writes in the first person, says he holds degrees in computer technology and graphic design, and also trades as Erotic Media Works, which offers boudoir photography and video. No company, mailing address or terms of service are published. The storefront is dated: a 2016 footer that lists only money order, bank deposit and wire, while the payment page takes cards, PayPal and Venmo, and an FAQ still recommending Cityvibe, which no longer responds. One of the four sample client sites is offline.

  • A 50% deposit with no refund policy.
  • A footer credit that costs $100 to remove.
  • A dated storefront with outdated advice.

Escort Website Design vs Adult Creative

Adult Creative sells template escort sites for £999 in seven working days, but only to UK residents and on a CMS it keeps.
