Who owns your photos on Cuties Tools?

Under the terms, uploading photos transfers all copyright in them to Cuties Tools and gives it the sole right to publish them, including in its own promotion, with publication anywhere else prohibited. For an escort who uses the same images on directories and social media, that is a serious problem. Cuties Tools can also refuse photos it considers pornographic or that do not show the account holder.

What a Cuties Tools site includes

Each site is hosted in Amsterdam on your own domain, with customizable templates, unlimited photos and videos, password-protected private photos and visitor stats. The features built for the trade are the reason to look at it:

• a screening form that also logs the client’s IP address and location, emailed to you and kept in the account for seven days,
• an automatic watermark on every upload,
• a mailing list for regular clients,
• no ads for other escorts on your site.

The site is a showcase and booking tool: it takes no payments and sells no content.

Independent costs $24 a month or $199 a year for one profile. Agencies costs $49 a month or $399 a year for unlimited profiles plus a hiring form. Terms written for a different product

The terms talk about “ads” that expire each month and call the service, in two places, a software product and advertising space. The FAQ belongs to Cuties Guide, the publisher’s older ad directory. The trial is seven days on the pricing page and fourteen on the contact page. No company is named, and the legal contact address in the terms is cut off mid-domain. The domain dates from 2009.
