BossChat: Philippines-based chatters writing in the creator’s voice
BossChat staffs OnlyFans and Fansly DMs with a female-only team based in the Philippines, rated C1 in English, for £7 an hour plus 10% of the revenue the chatters generate. Hours flex up or down with no minimum, up to round-the-clock cover. Boss Agency says most creators spend £400 to £800 a month and are live within 48 to 72 hours, once they hand over voice notes, sample content and a price list. A full eight-hour shift every day for a month comes to £1,680 before commission.
The agency’s FAQ says fans will not know someone else is replying. A class action filed in federal court in California in July 2024, N.Z. v. Fenix International, targets that practice: it accuses OnlyFans’ parent company and several management agencies of passing paid chatters off as creators. Boss Agency is not among the named defendants. A US creator who hands over her inbox without telling subscribers is still stepping into the question the case raises, whichever agency she uses.
BossSocial plans and the £3,000 break-even point
Every BossSocial plan combines a fixed monthly fee, billed in advance, with commission taken only on the OnlyFans or Fansly account the promotion points to.
- Starter, £249 + 20%: Reddit only, 60 or more posts a month, a weekly report.
- Growth, £549 + 10%: adds 15 Instagram posts and 125 posts on X a month, 30 minutes of daily engagement and a daily WhatsApp report.
- Boss, quoted: TikTok, Snapchat and Telegram, more than 80 posts a week, commission down to 5%.
At £3,000 a month in earnings, Starter and Growth both cost £849. A page making £10,000 pays £2,249 on Starter and £1,549 on Growth, so past the break-even point the bigger plan is cheaper and covers three networks. These figures apply the rate to total earnings, as the agency’s own BossChat example does. Prices are in pounds only, so a creator paid in dollars by OnlyFans also carries the exchange cost. Ask in writing whether UK VAT is added and whether commission covers all earnings or only growth. Late invoices can pause the service after a seven-day grace period.
How Boss Agency handles Reddit accounts
Reddit is the core of the offer: Boss Agency calls it the highest-converting platform for OnlyFans and puts it alone in its entry plan. The team picks subreddits by niche, writes titles, builds karma and spreads posts through the day. The creator supplies every photo and clip and gets a weekly brief on what to shoot next.
One piece of the agency’s published Reddit advice is risky. It describes rotating several aged accounts as standard practice, so that losing one does not wipe out the work. Reddit treats coming back to a community on a second account after a ban as ban evasion and can suspend every linked account sitewide. Before signing, ask how many accounts will be opened under your name and who keeps them when the contract ends. The “under 1%” ban rate on the site comes with no explanation of how it is measured.
White-label chatting for OnlyFans agencies
Agencies can rent the same chat team under their own brand, with no commission. The rate is per model per hour: £8 for one to three models, £7 for four to ten, £6 for eleven to twenty and £5 from twenty-one. The client agency sets its own resale price and keeps the margin.
Monthly terms, shared logins and an unnamed company
Services run month to month and end with 30 days’ written notice. The creator hands over account credentials, keeps ownership of her content, and leaves the strategies and templates Boss Agency builds with the agency. Both sides sign a mutual NDA before onboarding.
Boss Agency says it is female-led and UK-registered, headquartered in the North of England, works with more than 200 UK creators and has managed creators’ social media since 2020. No company name, address or registration number appears anywhere on the site. Companies House shows no active company under that name, and the dissolved Boss Agency Ltd of Halifax, closed in April 2025, has no proven link to it. Contact runs through [email protected] and WhatsApp.
Boss Agency strengths and limitations
Strengths
- Published pricing for promotion and chat.
- Month-to-month terms, with no exit fee.
- A Reddit team that handles subreddits, titles and karma.
- Chat sold on its own, or white-labelled to agencies.
Limitations
- New clients on hold, with no reopening date.
- No identifiable company behind an agency that holds your logins.
- Heavy fixed fees for pages under £1,000 a month.
- Chat marketed as undetectable, the practice at issue in a US lawsuit.
- Reddit account rotation recommended, against Reddit’s rules.
Boss Agency against a commission-only agency
7rans, a Florida agency for trans creators, charges commission only, with no fixed fee, but quotes its rate on the onboarding call. Boss Agency publishes its rate and adds a monthly fee that is due whatever the page earns. A new creator gains more from having no fixed fee, while an established one can compare Boss Agency’s numbers before any call.
