TubeUploads review: a browser-based uploader for pay sites

tubeuploads.com

TubeUploads is a Rotterdam-based web app that uploads a pay site’s videos to the adult tubes where it holds accounts, through a real Chrome browser. Plans run from $149 a month for 30 videos to $499 for 700, with no free trial and access limited to pay-site owners.

Our take on TubeUploads

TubeUploads fits a pay-site owner or studio that already runs content partner accounts on the tubes and wants them fed without a Windows machine or a VPS. Everything runs in the browser, and the team sets it up with your logins.

Ask for the demo walkthrough before you pay. The site has posted nothing since October 2019 and its footer stops at 2020, even though the company and the domain are still active. Affiliates and clip cutters can skip it entirely, since they are turned away.

TubeUploads only takes pay-site owners

TubeUploads is built for professional pay-site owners, producers and networks, and every application is reviewed by hand before the team replies, within 24 hours. Affiliates and clip cutters are refused, and the FAQ points them to Tube Sites Submitter. TubeUploads does not buy or sell traffic either, a question it says media buyers often ask.

You can keep your regular and content partner accounts on each tube. Hand over the logins and the team configures them. A tube that is missing gets added on request, $30 for a general tube and $50 for a niche one.

How much TubeUploads costs per upload

TubeUploads bills by the full month: $149 for 30 videos on Basic, $199 for 100 on Plus, and $499 for 700 on VIP. One upload means one video sent to every tube where you have an account, so a pay site with accounts on 15 tubes gets 450 placements a month on Basic.

  • Basic and Plus: scheduling, content partner channel uploads and support during office hours, but no stats. Plus is shown at $199 instead of $249.
  • VIP: one-on-one support over Skype, stats on views and comments, and custom features on request.

The FAQ still quotes plans “from $79 per month”, which matches nothing on the pricing table, so confirm the price when you apply. There is no free trial. Once you are approved, TubeUploads sends a PayPal subscription link, and another payment method can be arranged.

Is TubeUploads still running?

The business behind TubeUploads is still registered, but its website has not been updated since 2020. TubeUploads is the trading name of KHLB Webdesign, an active company in the Dutch business register under number 24392616, at an address in Rotterdam. The tubeuploads.com domain, first registered in June 2018, was renewed in June 2026 and runs to 2027.

Everything else on the site is old. The footer reads 2018 to 2020, the last news post is dated 4 October 2019, and one of the testimonials on the sign-up page is signed “Jane Cooper, Site Owner”, a stock name from web templates. The sign-up and contact forms are still online, and a reply inside the promised 24 hours is the quickest proof the service is alive.

How the TubeUploads web app submits videos

TubeUploads is fully cloud-based and submits each clip through a real Chrome browser. It opens on Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android, with no VPS, proxies or CAPTCHA service to manage.

Videos come in over FTP, by URL or from Dropbox, and a movie importer loads a catalog in one go. A title spinner writes several titles per clip, tags and categories are set per tube, and tag groups save retyping. A rescheduler resubmits failed uploads on its own, and every attempt leaves a screenshot of the success or the error message.

The home page promises stats for every submission, but stats on views and comments are VIP only.

The managed service: editing, titles and channel upkeep

For a pay site that wants nothing to do with it, the TubeUploads team cuts the clips, writes the titles and posts them, on a custom quote. It edits to the length you set, adds pre-rolls and post-rolls, and re-watermarks clips for affiliate uploads only. It then posts to more than 70 tubes through regular user accounts and keeps the channels active, accepting friend requests and replying to fans.

The page promises “guaranteed quality traffic” with no figure attached. Agree on the monthly clip count, the tube list and the price in writing.

The license agreement has a zero-tolerance rule on illegal content: an account caught uploading it is closed without notice.

TubeUploads strengths and limitations

Strengths

  • Nothing to install, on any system, with no VPS or CAPTCHA service.
  • Uploads through a real Chrome browser, with a screenshot of each result.
  • Content partner accounts supported.
  • Missing tubes added for $30 or $50.
  • A full managed service, from editing to channel upkeep.

Limitations

  • No site updates since 2019, so check the service is running first.
  • Affiliates refused, every application screened.
  • No free trial, and a $79 starting price that matches no plan.
  • Stats only on VIP at $499.
  • “Guaranteed” traffic with no number behind it.

TubeUploads vs Tube Sites Submitter

Tube Sites Submitter starts at $34.95 a month, takes affiliates and has a free demo, but it needs a Windows PC or VPS left running. TubeUploads removes that machine for a much higher monthly bill. AdultNext and MagmaClick post a studio’s clips on their own tubes instead.
