How ThatWare's payment guarantee works
ThatWare bills upfront every month but says it stops charging the retainer until the ranking target written into the contract is met. Its own example: a three-month retainer at $1,000 a month promising half the keywords on page one. If the target is missed by month three, the agency does not charge that month.
Payment goes by wire, Swift, PayPal or Razorpay, with installments for larger campaigns. Before onboarding, clients sign a service agreement with an NDA and hand over website, server, Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager access. Work is tracked in Basecamp, and ThatWare expects measurable results within three to four months. Get the target, the keyword list and the measurement method into the contract, since the guarantee only covers what is written there.
How much does ThatWare cost?
The adult page has no price. The general plans give a sense of scale:

Nothing says these rates apply to an adult site as listed. Bought links are a known source of Google penalties, so ask for sample placements before paying for a link-heavy plan.
Which adult businesses ThatWare accepts
ThatWare works only with licensed, legally compliant adult businesses: entertainment sites, subscription and creator platforms, sexual wellness stores, dating sites, affiliate networks and licensed escort agencies. Before onboarding, it checks the business, its legal status and its age verification, and asks for a license where one applies.
The one adult case study covers Akolkata Escorts in Kolkata, targeting "call girl Kolkata" searches. ThatWare reports two first-place rankings by December 2025, 26,890 backlinks from 384 referring domains, about 70 per domain, and 1,221 sessions over 28 days. Those search terms sit oddly with an intake restricted to licensed operators.

ThatWare LLP is registered in India under reg. no. AAQ-0064, with Tuhin Banik as proprietor, based in Bally, Howrah, with 42 Clutch reviews averaging 4.8 out of 5. Clutch lists a $1,000 minimum project, an hourly rate under $25 and 50 to 249 employees. The reviews cover general SEO work, none for an adult site. The site also lists London and Dubai addresses and claims 9,400+ clients.
