Sweet Release Agency is a brand of Axis Global Co Pty Ltd, an Australian private company at 63-73 Ann Street, Surry Hills, in Sydney. The Australian Business Register shows the company's ABN active since 20 September 2023 and the Sweet Release Agency business name registered on 3 October 2023. The agency says it has been operating since 2017, which suggests an earlier structure the register does not show.

Founder and CEO Jett Black describes himself as a lawyer and a former companion in Sydney. The phone number on the site is a Las Vegas line, +1 702, answered by a receptionist who books a call back. The agency claims 5,000+ clients in 12 countries and lists industry awards, including two 2024 Netty Awards.

Sweet Release Agency pricing: the retainer and the hourly rates

The SEO page offers two retainers. The Foundational Retainer, at $2,000 a month, covers on-page optimization, content mapping and technical health for independent entertainers and newer brands. The Domination Retainer, quoted case by case, adds heavy link acquisition, competitor analysis and daily monitoring for directories, classifieds and large retailers.

The pricing page sells time instead. The first block of hours, whether a one-off job or the monthly hours of a fixed-term contract, is billed at $69. Additional hours go to the full $150 rate for certain services, and legal, accounting and third-party work are priced on request. The page still labels the $69 rate a limited-time offer next to a banner announcing a return to $150 on September 1, 2024. At 40 hours a month, that is the difference between $2,760 and $6,000, so the quote should state how many hours are billed at which rate. The footer also promises "No Contracts" while the pricing notes mention a fixed term: get the length and notice period in writing.

The VIP XTRA program costs $750 a month for five bonus hours, two consulting calls, a dedicated account manager, unlimited advice, 30% off other services and a free directory listing. The five hours are worth $345 at the discounted rate, so the plan pays off only for a client buying many extra hours.
