Brand bidding rules for media buyers
Candy AI bans bidding on its brand name, its variations and misspellings on Google Ads and any other paid search platform, in exact, phrase or broad match. Incentivized traffic is banned too, and an abnormal conversion rate that the affiliate cannot explain can get the source suspended from payout. Ads may not run on properties likely to be seen by children, every property must meet local age verification rules, and email campaigns must follow CAN-SPAM.
Affiliates may not disparage the brand or publicly disclose their commission rates or earnings. Breaking the terms forfeits unpaid commissions.
Choosing a commission model
The revenue share pays 40% of every payment a referred customer makes, subscriptions and tokens alike, for as long as the customer stays active. The pay-per-sale offer pays $35 once, on the first purchase. Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent sales do not count, and a subscriber can get a refund within 24 hours of paying if they have used 20 tokens or fewer.
Seen from Europe, a yearly plan bills €47.88 and renews at the same price, which puts the first-year revenue share at roughly €19, below the flat $35. The percentage only pulls ahead on renewals and token purchases.
How Candy AI pays affiliates
Payouts go out within 15 days after each calendar month, by PayPal, crypto or wire, with no ACH option listed. Payment details, full name and postal address must be in the profile before the 1st of the month, because EverAI self-bills on the affiliate’s behalf. Candy AI publishes two sets of terms, one for FirstPromoter and one for Everflow, without saying which applies to a new affiliate. The minimum payout is $100 under FirstPromoter and $250 under Everflow.
Applying to the Candy AI program
The application form asks for an email, a first name, the site or traffic source URL, a Telegram handle and an affiliate type, from webmaster to media buyer. Candy AI says it replies within 24 hours. No cookie length or attribution rule is published.
